Two Sentences

A chiller day, starting with some of the tasks from yesterday’s emergency and ending with some meetings. Ended the day with a 3 hour call with my partner, but I was too socially exhausted to fully focus on her — my bad.

It begins: the day started with an emergency call to fix the staging environment for a UAT. A hammer and a scalpel were brought to fix it, and fix it we did.

Work was chill so far. The evening was more notable — did a chill run, had a long call with my partner, and tried out the local Mexican stand.

First day at the new job, and the new company has a lot of fires to put out, but this environment might just be the place where I can thrive. I had an otherwise chill day, ending it with a call with my hoarse-voiced partner.

I had a great last day of unemployment — did my first legit long run of the year, hung out with two of my close friends with meaningful conversations, and finally went grocery shopping after two weeks. Yet the Monday Blues remain.

Mostly played around with Nanoclaw to prep and distract myself from the Sunday scaries. Went on a call with my voice-parched beloved and ate spicy paneer Tikka masala for dinner.

I signed the offer from Sh without any negotations, and with the hourly rate I initially offered, hooray! I celebrated by eating out I got a nice run in the rain afterwards.

A 45 minute intro call about a job, turned to an offer for that job. With the litter robot picked up by Konnor, space has been cleared both mentally and physically.

It didn't snow, so I ran my fastest pace of the year so far around the block. I fulfilled some responsibilities and don't feel the need to game as much, so maybe I'll get out of my rut soon?

I ran a 2.75 easy run today, sandwiched between two risks of rain. I got two chicken sandwiches as a reward.
